Payment terms
Review these terms before choosing your package. Your agreed scope and final invoice confirm the details of your engagement.
Package selection & estimates
Selecting a package or setup service in your portal records your preference; it does not charge your card or create a payable invoice. Portal totals are estimates. 3D confirms the scope, deliverables, timeline and payment arrangements with you before work or payment.
Invoices & payment schedules
Your agreed scope and final invoice will identify the amount payable, applicable tax, payment due dates and any agreed deposit or milestones. No standard deposit percentage or package payment deadline has been set. Review those details with 3D before proceeding.
Scope changes & outside costs
Additional work requires a written change order. Third-party domain registration, website hosting and business email subscriptions are separate from 3D setup fees. Website setup excludes e-commerce, advanced functionality, hosting and ongoing maintenance; revisions and milestones are defined in your agreed scope. HR and workforce services are delivered by NYD Consulting Group and scoped separately.
Consulting cancellation & rescheduling
Cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work starts, refunds cover prepaid work not performed, less previously disclosed nonrecoverable costs. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Essential Growth Advisory: monthly billing
The first payment is due at checkout. Essential Growth Advisory renews monthly on your billing anniversary at $750 USD plus applicable tax until canceled, with no minimum commitment. Price, renewal and cancellation terms appear before checkout, and recurring billing requires your explicit agreement.
Advisory cancellation & paid access
Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period. There are no prorated refunds for partial periods except billing errors or where required by law. Unused sessions do not roll over. A failed renewal does not grant a new monthly allowance; new-period access begins only after verified payment.
Digital purchase refunds
Digital purchases are final once downloaded, except duplicate charges, undelivered files or defects that cannot be resolved. A full refund removes future access to the refunded purchase, not unrelated purchases.
After verified payment
Your purchase is saved to your account, with a confirmation and email receipt. Consulting clients receive a welcome email with intake, scheduling instructions and next steps. 3D coordinates consulting sessions directly; package selection does not confirm an appointment.
